As our Finance Manager, you'll be a critical part of the customer journey and one of the dealership's key leaders.
What You'll Do
As Finance Manager, you'll guide customers through the final stages of their purchase experience while helping them protect and enjoy their investment.
Responsibilities include:
- Present financing options to motorcycle buyers
- Secure financing through lending partners
- Explain and sell protection products including extended service contracts, prepaid maintenance, GAP, tire and wheel protection, and other F&I products
- Ensure all deals are processed accurately and in compliance with dealership, lender, state, and federal regulations
- Maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions
- Work closely with the Sales Department to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability
- Deliver a professional, transparent, and enjoyable finance experience
- Maintain accurate deal documentation and funding processes
- Monitor finance performance and achieve department goals
- Stay current on lending programs, compliance requirements, and product offerings
What We're Looking For
- Previous F&I, automotive finance, powersports finance, banking, lending, or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build trust and rapport with customers
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with a desire to achieve goals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong ethics and commitment to compliance
- Experience with dealership software and lender platforms is a plus
