We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to join our dynamic Operations team. In this vital role, you will oversee inventory control processes, process Customer Purchase Orders, and develop Master Manufacturing Records for production. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where precision and strategic planning drive results.
Duties
- Manage inventory levels using advanced Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems to ensure accuracy and availability of stock for order fulfillment.
- Coordinate Purchase Orders, Manufacturing Batch Records, and Inventory levels.
- Review and verify formulas, Master Manufacturing records, and inventory levels to ensure production readiness.
- Collaborate with the Buyer and Corporate Office to source and secure required inventory.
- Coordinate with Warehouse and Accounting teams to prepare sales orders upon product completion.
- Conduct regular inventory audits, cycle counts, and data analysis to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in supply chain management, warehouse experience, or logistics operations with a focus on inventory management.
- Excellent data analysis skills to interpret supply chain analytics and demand planning data effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and process improvement initiatives.
