Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher who is fluent in Spanish to join our vibrant educational community. Duties
- Develop and implement dynamic lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, incorporating literacy, math, and social-emotional learning.
- Foster a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity, respect, and active participation among young learners.
- Deliver instruction in Spanish to enhance language acquisition and cultural awareness.
- Utilize learning technology and educational resources to create interactive and engaging lessons tailored to diverse learning styles.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively through behavior management strategies and classroom management techniques.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists to support individual student needs, including those requiring special education or early intervention services.
- Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly.
- Mentor new or less experienced teachers, sharing best practices in curriculum development and classroom management.
- Support students with autism or other special needs by implementing inclusive teaching practices and providing additional assistance as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress reports, and lesson plans while ensuring compliance with educational policies.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish with excellent communication skills in both spoken and written forms.
- Demonstrated experience working with young children in classroom settings or childcare environments.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, early intervention strategies, and literacy education.
- Proficiency in curriculum development, lesson planning, and the integration of learning technology tools.
- Experience with classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies.
- Background in special education or working with individuals with autism is a plus.
- Ability to proofread educational materials for accuracy and clarity; writing skills are highly valued.
- Prior experience in schools setting is advantageous but not required.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $81,000.00 per year
