Duties
- Handle front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors, managing schedules, and maintaining a professional reception area.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately within various software platforms, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Organize and maintain filing systems—both physical and digital—to ensure quick retrieval of documents.
- Support office management activities such as scheduling meetings, calendar management, and coordinating events.
- Work in cooperation with Administrative and Educational Directors as it pertains to administrative projects and communication.
- Communicate and interact regularly and appropriately with the staff, children, and families of WELC and promote WELC's mission, vision and policies among all stakeholders as determined by the Administrative and Educational Directors and the WELC Board of Directors.

Requirements
- Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in productivity software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Technical proficiency in data entry, clerical tasks, and familiarity with office management tools.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations preferred.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Demonstrated computer literacy including proofreading, filing, and handling confidential information responsibly.
- High School Diploma (required)
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
