CENTURY 21 Tenace Realty is looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Recruiter to join our team in our Coral Springs office.
For over 45 years, our brokerage has been committed to helping agents grow successful real estate careers through exceptional leadership, training, technology, and support. We are seeking someone who is passionate about building relationships, identifying talent, and creating an outstanding candidate experience.
While real estate recruiting experience is preferred, we welcome experienced recruiters from other industries who have a proven track record of attracting, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
What You'll Do
- Recruit and attract licensed real estate agents to join CENTURY 21 Tenace Realty.
- Develop relationships with prospective agents through phone calls, networking, email campaigns, social media, and recruiting events.
- Conduct interviews and qualify candidates.
- Maintain an organized recruiting pipeline and CRM.
- Coordinate office tours and recruiting appointments.
- Represent the company at networking events, career fairs, and industry functions.
- Work closely with brokerage leadership on recruiting strategies and growth initiatives.
- Help foster a positive office culture and assist with recruiting-related events and initiatives.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting experience preferred (real estate recruiting is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and close candidates.
- Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and networking.
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Marketing or social media recruiting experience is a plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a requirement

Position Details

- Must be able to reliably commute to the Coral Springs office.
