What You’ll Be Doing (Travel Required)
Content & Social
- Create and post content across platforms (reels, stories, posts, video, YouTube)
- Style and capture lifestyle photography that reflects the brand
- Edit photo and video content using tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere)
- Keep everything visually consistent and on-brand
- Stay on top of trends—and know when to use them
Video & YouTube
- Plan, film, and edit video content for YouTube
- Repurpose long-form video into short-form content (reels, clips, stories)
- Help grow YouTube as a key content and marketing channel
Events & Live Content
- Capture content at events, trade shows, and in-person moments
- Lead live coverage and post-event recaps
- Turn one event into weeks of content
Community
- Respond to comments, messages, and groups daily
- Help build a community people want to be part of
Paid Media & Growth
- Lead paid social strategy, execution, and ongoing optimization
- Manage budgets with a focus on efficiency, ROI, and growth
- Test creative, audiences, and messaging to improve performance
- Align campaigns with product launches and e-commerce goals
Performance & Analytics
- Track performance across content and paid campaigns
- Own reporting and key metrics—what’s working, what’s not, and what to do next
- Turn data into clear, actionable insights
- Continuously refine strategy to improve results
Creators & Influencers
- Find and work with creators who align with the brand
- Manage content, timelines, and partnerships
Teamwork
- Work closely with marketing, creative, ecomm, and events teams
- Help plan launches and campaigns and maintain a content calendar
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years experience with social media and paid advertising
- Strong content skills (photo, video, storytelling)
- Proficient on Mac and comfortable working within that ecosystem
- Some experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere), preferred
- Ability to style and capture strong lifestyle imagery
- Some experience creating and editing video (including YouTube content), preferred
- Comfortable using data to make decisions and optimize performance
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects
- Willing to travel and capture content on-site and after-hours
