What You’ll Be Doing
-
Diagnose HVAC system issues and recommend solutions
-
Perform repairs, maintenance, and replacements on furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, and more
-
Complete preventive maintenance to extend equipment life and prevent breakdowns
-
Take full ownership of each call from start to finish
-
Communicate clearly with customers and provide honest recommendations
-
Document work performed, parts used, and recommendations
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service vehicle
-
Promote membership programs and help generate positive customer reviews
-
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule
Requirements
-
5 plus years of HVAC service experience
-
Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical and mechanical systems
-
Strong work ethic and reliability
-
Pride in clean, quality work
-
Good communication and customer service skills
-
Valid driver’s license
-
EPA certification required, HVAC license is a plus
