Open and maintain deposit accounts, assist with loan applications, and issue new or replacement debit cards while ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Provide support for routine account maintenance, debit card issues, and a wide range of customer banking needs.

Capture and update customer profiles with key life events, goals, and financial needs to strengthen relationships.
- Conduct proactive follow-up with new and existing customers to deepen relationships and identify opportunities.

Maintain thorough knowledge of all electronic banking services and assist customers in their use.

Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other financial transactions while verifying identification, endorsements, and account information.

Evaluate and place holds on uncollected funds in accordance with bank policies.

Balance cash drawer daily, report discrepancies, and resolve outages in collaboration with branch management.

Issue cashier’s checks, process wire transfers, and support additional branch services such as bank-by-mail and night deposit.

Assist with currency transaction reporting and suspicious activity monitoring in compliance with BSA/AML requirements.

Maintain and balance ATM operations; prepare and verify cash shipments and vault cash under dual control.

Demonstrate working knowledge of standard banking systems, Microsoft Office applications, and branch equipment.

Stay informed on bank products, services, and industry trends while remaining aware of competitive activity.

Consistently deliver innovative, customer-focused solutions to enhance service and strengthen relationships.
