Schedule: PRN – 20 hours per week
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Job Responsibilities
- Support safe and efficient transportation of residents to and from therapy sessions
- Assist therapists with patient and equipment setup and cleanup
- Maintain cleanliness of treatment areas and therapy equipment
- Communicate patient concerns or changes to the Director of Rehabilitation and therapy team
- Assist with obtaining basic patient information such as blood pressure, heart rate, and oxygen saturation levels
- Follow safety precautions for patients with various medical conditions
- Participate in department and facility meetings as needed
- Complete required compliance training and follow facility policies
- Support resident dignity, privacy, rights, and HIPAA standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience in healthcare, therapy, rehabilitation, hospital, or outpatient settings preferred
- Strong desire to provide excellent patient care and support
- Ability to work well with a team and communicate effectively
- Dependable, compassionate, and willing to learn
- Interest in healthcare, rehabilitation, or working with patients
