Location: The Learning Experience – Ashburn, VA
Pay: $19–$20 per hour
Schedule: Part-Time, Monday–Friday (3:00 PM – 6:00 PM)
Additional summer hours may be available

The Learning Experience – Ashburn is seeking a dependable Afternoon Teacher to support classrooms during afternoon routines and end-of-day transitions. This role helps maintain a safe, positive environment for children and families during pickup hours.

Key Responsibilities
- Support classrooms serving infants through preschool-aged children
- Assist with afternoon activities, transitions, and dismissal routines
- Help maintain classroom organization and cleanliness
- Provide ratio coverage as needed across classrooms
- Communicate professionally with families during pickup
- Follow all Virginia licensing and safety requirements
Qualifications
- Prior childcare experience preferred
- Reliable and team-oriented approach
- Comfortable supporting multiple age groups
- Must meet Virginia childcare licensing requirements
