Job Overview
- Tech savvy indivdual, person who has computer based skills, having the ability to navigate through different online domains.- Optical knowledge, prescription interpretation and translation, SPHERE/CYLINDER/AXIS prescription details- Customer communications, provide customers with supporting answers, updates and resources to ensure a positive (educational) experience.- Data entry skills, methodical and accurate ability to create and produce orders- Quality control of optical manufacturing, including inspection of lens and frames.
- Optical laboratory experience- tech savvy related to optical machinery software- respectful to the business and its policies, as well as management and other teammates.
