Looking for a self motivated, knowledgeable construction superintendent for managing the construction of retail, restaurant, and office space construction. Experience in ground up restaurant and retail construction preferred.
PRH Construction is a well-established business currently seeking to fill the position of Commercial Construction Superintendent. PRH Construciton has been in business since 2009 with over 400 commercial projects completed.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Successfully oversee, schedule, and coordinate all construction/development activities at the assigned project to completion in the most efficient manner possible, on time, and on budget.
- Ensure compliance from all Project Vendors.
- Schedule and monitor all testing and inspections.
- Properly document any failure in vendor performance or non-compliance with contract specifications or code compliance.
- Carry out all other duties assigned by Supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of Commercial Construction Management experience but not required for the right individual.
- Familiar with all applicable construction practices & building codes, OSHA compliance requirements, Dust Control compliance requirements, and all other regulations and requirements from government agencies having jurisdiction over project activities.
- Previous work experience directly with project team members (Architects, Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Subcontractors) for overall project success.
