This is a management position and involves responsibility for the planning, administration and performance of public health engineering duties with the execution of one or more phases of the environmental health program.

Qualifications
The applicant must be a resident of New York State and possess a bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a license to practice as a professional engineer in New York State. Applicant must also possess a valid New York State driver’s license. Experience in Civil Engineering is preferred and supervisory experience is an asset!
This position is non-competitive through the New York State Civil Service HELP (Hiring Emergency Limited Placement) Program and qualified candidates will not be required to take a Civil Service exam.
