Dryft Revere is seeking an exceptional Executive Chef to lead the culinary program at our flagship oceanfront restaurant. Located directly on historic Revere Beach, Dryft has become a destination for elevated coastal dining, private events, and memorable hospitality.

As Executive Chef, you won't simply oversee the kitchen—you'll shape its culture, mentor its people, develop its menus, and help define the future of one of Boston's most exciting independent restaurant groups.
What You'll Lead
- Direct all culinary operations for a high-volume, chef-driven restaurant
- Inspire, mentor, and develop a talented team of chefs, cooks, and kitchen leaders
- Create seasonal menus, features, and specialty offerings that balance creativity with profitability
- Establish and maintain exceptional standards for food quality, consistency, presentation, and execution
- Oversee purchasing, inventory, vendor relationships, and food cost management
- Manage labor budgets, scheduling, and staffing while fostering a positive team culture
- Lead culinary planning and execution for private events, large-scale functions, and specialty dinners
- Maintain best-in-class sanitation, food safety, and health department compliance
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, workflow, efficiency, and kitchen organization
- Collaborate closely with ownership and restaurant leadership on operational initiatives and long-term growth
- Support culinary development and leadership across additional Aldi Companies concepts as the restaurant group continues to grow

Qualifications
- Five or more years of Executive Chef or senior culinary leadership experience
- Proven success leading high-volume kitchens
- Strong background in modern American cuisine, seafood, and scratch cooking
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, mentor, and retain talented culinary teams
- Experience managing food cost, labor, purchasing, inventory, and kitchen financial performance
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent understanding of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations
- ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain immediately)
