General Statement of Duties:
Operators:
· Provide supervision of Concrete Pump Operators.
· Qualifies all operators to be fully trained to operate the equipment they are assigned.
· Makes sure pumps are clean and well maintained.
· Makes sure operators report to work on time.
· Handles operator disciplinary action.
· Make sure all jobsites are adequately taken care of and is responsible for operator and jobsite safety.
· Helps maintain personal files on all operators
· Schedules and conducts all required safety meetings.
Shop, Maintenance and Equipment:
· Supervise the shop employees.
· General knowledge of concrete pumps and the mechanics involved in keeping them in good running order.
· Makes certain all the documentation is turned in complete and in a timely basis.
· Makes sure all maintenance and repairs are completed on time and to company standards.
· Helps plan and perform the company outlined service plan and has the ability to order and maintain the parts necessary to maintain a fleet of concrete pumps.
· Must have the ability to help troubleshoot issues with concrete pumps both on jobsites and in other locations.
Sales & Customer Relations:
· Assist in building and maintaining relationships with customers.
· Helps Manage sales for new and existing customers.
· Keeps up with sales accounts.
· Helps handle problem accounts.
Dispatch:
· Understand how to read the schedule in Rapid Works/Rapid on the Go.
· Work with the dispatchers to assist in operator assignments as needed.
· Help resolve scheduling problems and job issues.
Accounts Receivable:
· Follows up on Local customers with receivable issues as requested by AR department.
· Stops at customers office to collect checks as necessary.
· Follows up with problems in billing.
· Collects Lien information for AR when needed.
Accounts Payable:
· Keeps track of what is bought and gives approval for all purchases.
· Creates Purchase Orders and attaches packing slips as parts are physically received
· Keeps a credit card using only for necessary purchases and turns in an expense report monthly.
· Keeps cost down, maintaining a budget, and works with the Service Manager for purchases.
Education:
· Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
· Must be experienced in operation any pump in the fleet.

· Reports directly to the Regional Managers
Supervision exercised:
· Supervise Operators and Mechanics
Certificate/License:
· Commercial driver’s license.
· Current DOT medical card
· ACPA Operator Certification.
· Any additional job-related certifications.
Typical physical demands:
· Must have manual dexterity to climb on and around the pump truck in all weather conditions common to the area of the country with the proper safety gear.
· Must be able to occasionally lift 150 pounds from a squat to an overhead position, and push and pull up to 50 pounds.
· Must have the ability to stand for up to 12 hours a day, and have the balance and dexterity to walk around various construction jobsites.
Typical working conditions:
· Most of the delivery of concrete will be outside, so the supervisor will be in the normal environmental conditions for the area where the work is being performed. The business operates 12 months a year so the working conditions will change substantially from time to time.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
