Job Description:
American Security & AV Systems, Inc. is seeking a motivated, creative, and organized Part-Time Marketing & Sales Support specialist to help grow our brand and support our sales team. This position is ideal for someone with experience in digital marketing, social media, graphic design, and customer engagement who enjoys working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across multiple platforms.
- Create engaging marketing content including graphics, videos, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Assist with online marketing initiatives including Google Business, SEO, and digital advertising campaigns.
- Maintain and update the company website with current products, services, and promotions.
- Coordinate customer promotions, special offers, and community outreach events.
- Support the sales team by preparing presentations, proposals, brochures, and other sales materials.
- Assist with trade shows, customer appreciation events, and marketing campaigns.
- Track marketing performance and provide recommendations for improving lead generation.
- Help maintain the company CRM and marketing databases.
- Perform other marketing and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Experience in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar graphic design software.
- Familiarity with website management, email marketing, and digital advertising.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects independently.
- Photography and video editing experience is a plus.
