Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with professionalism and courtesy
- Schedule and dispatch service technicians efficiently
- Coordinate appointments and maintain accurate job records
- Communicate clearly with customers and field staff
- Handle administrative and clerical duties as needed
Qualifications
- Strong people skills with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Solid clerical and organizational skills
- Proficiency with computers and common office software
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Prior HVAC or dispatch experience is a plus, but not required
