Construction Laborer / Utility Worker

Schedule: Full-Time | Outdoor Work Environment

Job Duties

Perform general construction and site preparation work

Use hand tools including shovels, rakes, wheelbarrows, picks, and concrete tools

Operate power tools such as cut-off saws, chainsaws, plate tampers, and transits
-
Assist with concrete, excavation, grading, and utility projects
-
Operate equipment including skid steers, excavators, tracked buggies, dump trucks, and trailers
-
Load, unload, and transport materials as needed
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
-
Follow all company safety procedures and regulations
Qualifications
-
Previous construction, landscaping, excavation, or labor experience preferred

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
-
Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and equipment operation is a plus

Strong work ethic and reliability

Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical labor throughout the day

Willingness to learn new skills, techniques, and processes

Team-oriented with a positive attitude
