Position Overview: Project Manager - Repairs
We are seeking a full-time Project Manager - Repairs to lead and manage restoration projects while building lasting relationships with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and subcontractors. This role is crucial in ensuring exceptional service and smooth execution from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage repair projects with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Serve as a secondary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate effectively with insurance adjusters and subcontractors
- Report on project metrics such as revenue, cost, workload, and collections
- Ensure all collections and subcontractor invoices are handled accurately and on time
- Lead, support, and direct team members as needed
- Participate in weekly WIP (Work In Progress) meetings
Qualifications:
- Experience in restoration or construction industries preferred
- Knowledge of business development, sales, or marketing is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends when necessary
- Valid and unrestricted driver’s license
- Willingness to travel daily to job sites and customer locations

Work Environment:
- Daily commuting to client locations and project sites is required
- Work may be in non-climate-controlled settings as well as office environments
