Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dependable Airport Shuttle Driver to join our dynamic transportation team. In this role, you will be the friendly face and safe driver responsible for transporting passengers between airport terminals, parking areas, and designated drop-off and pick-up locations. Your enthusiasm for customer service, combined with your driving expertise, will ensure a smooth, efficient, and welcoming experience for travelers. Responsibilities
- Safely operate shuttle vehicles, including buses, limousines, or paratransit vans, to transport passengers efficiently across designated routes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with luggage, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety standards are met; report any issues promptly.
- Follow all traffic laws and company policies to maintain a safe driving environment at all times.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members to coordinate schedules and address any operational concerns.
- Assist with heavy lifting when loading or unloading luggage or cargo as needed.
- Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and passenger counts for reporting purposes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in shuttle driving, bus driving, or as a delivery driver; commercial driving license (CDL) preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with passengers and team members.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience with <PERSON> driver or limousine services is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with luggage handling.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance basics to identify potential issues early.
- Experience in customer service roles that require clear communication and problem-solving skills.
