National Restoration Experts is seeking to hire an experienced lead Project Manager who can run multiple projects simultaneously.
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Preparation of construction schedules
- In-field management of employees and subcontractors.
- Create a budget, assist in the buyout of projects
- Track cost and schedule
- Coordinate subcontractors
- Keep constant contact with all clients.
- Considered Applicants will possess the following attributes:
- 3+ years of verifiable experience
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record
- Clear Criminal Background
- Strong Communication Skills. Manage relationships with Upper management and clients. Manage the schedule of multiple projects, select and qualify subs, etc

- Experience

- Xactimate Experience
- IICRC Certifications
- Strong computer skills. Report communication skills
- Self-Motivated/ Responsible
We are a Restoration Contractor specializing in Water, Fire, and Mold remediation, as well as complete Reconstruction and Interior Remodeling.
