We're looking for someone who can take ownership of our lead generation efforts and help us dominate the South Florida roofing, impact windows, doors, and home improvement market.
This is not a corporate marketing position.
This is for someone who knows how to make the phone ring.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Managing and scaling Google Ads campaigns
- Managing and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
- Google Local Service Ads (LSA)
- Landing page optimization
- Conversion tracking & reporting
- Retargeting campaigns
- Lead nurturing systems
- Call tracking and attribution
- Identifying opportunities to lower cost per lead
- Generating a predictable flow of qualified appointments
What We're Looking For
✅ Proven experience generating leads through Google Ads
✅ Proven experience generating leads through Meta Ads
✅ Understands conversion tracking, pixels, GTM, GA4, and call tracking
✅ Can analyze data and make decisions based on numbers
✅ Understands landing pages and conversion rate optimization
✅ Knows how to identify winning audiences and offers
✅ Can work independently without constant supervision
✅ Hungry, competitive, and results-driven

Compensation
Competitive salary + performance bonuses based on lead generation results.
If you can consistently generate quality leads at a profitable cost, you will be compensated extremely well.
