Description:
Hill International Trucks in Aliquippa, PA is currently seeking a Part-time receptionist & admin. assistant.
Will be a Full-Time position starting January 2027
PT HOURS ARE:

3 days needed M-F up to 30 hours a week. 8am-5pm
This individual would be responsible for the following:

Greeting customers who visit dealership in a professional, friendly manner.

Answering incoming calls, managing the switchboard and transferring calls throughout the building

Prepares vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other records.

Compiles and sorts documents, such as invoices and checks, substantiating business transactions.

Sorting and distributing mail
-
Maintaining office supplies
-
Filing paperwork for the dealership

Assist with title work as necessary

Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- High school diploma required

At least one year of experience in a receptionist or administrative office position required

Computer literacy and expert-level Microsoft Office skills required

Valid driver's license with clean MVR

Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening required
