Position Summary
The Customer Service Associate is responsible for providing friendly, efficient, and professional service to guests while supporting day-to-day operations of the facility. This role focuses on guest interaction, basic order support, cleanliness, and general operational assistance in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Intermediate English proficiency; bilingual is a plus
- Comfortable using iPads, POS systems, and basic technology
- Ability to perform basic math
- Strong communication, time management, and customer service skills
- Must hold or be able to obtain a valid Food Handlers Card and RBS certification
- Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer questions and guide guests on ordering kiosks, lockers, and facility features
- Enter orders and assist with basic POS transactions using an iPad
- Check IDs for alcohol purchases in compliance with policy
- Support food expediting by assisting with order placement and delivery to designated areas
- Maintain cleanliness of guest-facing areas, including counters, restrooms, and common spaces
- Restock retail items and keep shelves organized and presentable
- Assist with basic setup and breakdown for events or rentals as needed
- Communicate clearly with team members, tenants, and management
- Follow company policies, safety standards, and sanitation procedures
- Provide excellent hospitality and help resolve guest concerns
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
