As part of Hi Hospitality Group, we're passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences and fostering a workplace where team members can learn, grow, and thrive.
We're looking for friendly, energetic, and hospitality-driven individuals to join our Front of House team. This is a cross-trained position with opportunities to work in several areas of our operation, including:
- Hospitality Ambassador
- Busser / Food Runner
- Barista at our coffee & smoothie concept, Strawberry Fields

What You'll Do
- Welcome guests with warmth and enthusiasm, creating an inviting atmosphere
- Prepare high-quality espresso drinks, coffee, smoothies, and smoothie bowls
- Deliver food and beverages quickly and accurately
- Prepare takeout and delivery orders
- Keep dining and service areas clean, organized, and stocked
- Work closely with teammates to ensure smooth daily operations
- Help create the positive, energetic environment Central Park is known for
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality
- Team-player mindset with strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous barista or restaurant experience is a plus—but not required. We're happy to train motivated individuals with the right attitude!
