New Outlook Home Care is seeking a reliable, compassionate, and flexible In-Home Caregiver to join our care team as a fill-in/on-call caregiver. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, has a flexible weekend schedule, values meaningful work, and can step in to provide exceptional care when regular caregivers are unavailable. This position has potential to be full time, depending on availability.
Provide companionship
Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing as needed
Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping
Support mobility and safe transfers
Help clients with medication reminders or administration
Drive clients to appointments or errands when required
Maintain a safe, comfortable, and respectful home environment
- Caring, patient, and dependable personality
- Ability to adapt to changing schedules and client needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel required
- Ability to pass background checks and meet any required certifications
