Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Use diverse teaching strategies and learning technologies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
- Assess student progress regularly through formative and summative evaluations; adjust instruction accordingly.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively through proactive behavior management techniques and clear expectations.
- Collaborate with colleagues, specialists, and parents to support individual student needs, including those requiring special education or early intervention services.
- Incorporate physical education activities and promote healthy habits as part of the overall curriculum.
- Support literacy education by integrating reading and writing exercises; provide tutoring or extra help as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, lesson plans, and student progress reports.
- Participate in school meetings, professional development sessions, and curriculum development initiatives to enhance teaching practices.

- Ability to adapt teaching methods for private school settings or Montessori-style classrooms if applicable.
- Excellent writing skills for creating clear instructional materials and reports.
- Skills in curriculum development, standardized testing preparation, tutoring, and library services integration.
