Graphic Sign Finisher/Print Production
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Pay: $17.00 - 19.00 per hour
Design To Print is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Graphic Production Worker to join our production team in St. George, Utah.
This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working with their hands, learning different types of equipment, and taking pride in producing high-quality finished products. Our production team creates a wide variety of graphics, printed materials, signage, displays, tension fabric graphics, and specialty projects.
You don't need to know how to operate every piece of equipment when you start—we provide training. What matters most is that you are reliable, willing to learn, able to follow instructions, and committed to doing quality work.
What You'll Do:
As a Graphic Production Worker, you'll be involved in many stages of the production process, including:
- Review job orders and job tickets to understand quantities, specifications, and special instructions.
- Operate and learn a variety of printing, finishing, and production equipment.
- Perform CNC cutting, lamination, and vinyl plotting.
- Produce and finish graphics and printed materials using both machinery and manual processes.
- Provide sewing and production for tension structure graphics, specialty projects, and standard SEG (silicone edge graphic) displays.
- Assist with test-fitting graphics and finished products.
- Carefully inspect work before and after each production process to identify errors, defects, or quality issues.
- Work as part of a team to complete projects accurately and within established deadlines.

Experience & Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous production, printing, graphics, sewing, fabrication, manufacturing, or related experience is preferred.
- Vocational or technical training is a plus.
- Experience with printing equipment, CNC equipment, vinyl cutting, sewing, laminating, or graphic finishing is helpful—but we are willing to train the right person.
Physical Requirements:
This is an active, hands-on production position. Candidates must be able to:
- Stand for extended periods of time.
- Move, bend, kneel, reach, and work around production equipment.
- Safely operate printing and finishing equipment.
- Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Work in a production environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
