As a Landscaping Maintenance Crew Member, you will play a key role in maintaining upscale residential properties, working closely with a dedicated team to deliver high-quality landscape services.

Work collaboratively with 1-2 team members to provide landscape maintenance services for residential properties

Perform a variety of tasks including mulch installation, bed edging, seasonal planting bed care, property cleanups, annual planting, shrub trimming and pruning, and lawn mowing

Operate outdoors in various weather conditions, such as light rain, heat, cold, and snow

Follow safe work practices at all times

Assist with additional duties as needed to support the team and ensure client satisfaction

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including regularly lifting up to 50 lbs

Strong teamwork skills and ability to follow directions

Motivation to learn and grow within the horticulture and landscape industry

Valid Driver's License
$17$23 per hour, based on experience and background
