About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Door-to-Door salesman to help grow our window cleaning business. This role is for someone who knows how to lead from the front, generate sales, and manage a team with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate is self-sufficient, driven, and has proven experience in door-to-door sales.
Responsibilities
- Generate new residential and commercial window cleaning accounts
- Manage daily routes and canvassing areas
- Build strong customer relationships and maintain professionalism
- Report sales activity and results to management
Requirements
- Previous door-to-door sales experience REQUIRED
- Prior leadership or team lead experience preferred
- Self-sufficient and able to work independently
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Reliable transportation
- Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods
- Positive attitude and leadership mindset
