Responsibilities
* Manage legal compliance across dealership and leasing operations.
* Draft and review contracts, policies, and legal documents.
* Oversee collections, recoveries, repossessions, and asset protection strategies.
* Coordinate with outside counsel on litigation matters.
* Advise ownership on legal, regulatory, and business decisions.
* Develop and improve legal and operational processes as the company grows.
