Hi! My name is Ashly and I am the Photography Manager at Inter-State Studio. I am looking for new team members for our fall season. I am looking for someone who is extremely dependable, flexible and adaptable to change, positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and last but not least someone who genuinely cares and takes pride in their work. This is a seasonal job that would conclude around the end of November/beginning of December. This job is listed as full time, however the hours are not full time but the days are. We are looking for someone who is available to work Monday through Friday. The schools set their schedule so hours vary on a daily basis.
Inter-State Studio has been capturing student photos for over 90 years and we are the largest family owned school photography company in the USA. We have over 30 territories in 30 different states. I would like to take this opportunity to tell you a little bit about our Houston territory. We are a close knit team who thoroughly enjoys working together to accomplish our number one goal, which is to take the best portraits possible. Not only do we want to create a great portrait BUT we want to create a positive picture day experience. This is also a great opportunity to develop your photography skills or discover them. No experience necessary.
If hired training would begin as early as 9/30/2024 in Pearland, TX. All equipment is provided as well as mileage reimbursement (mileage can be anywhere from 5-180 miles per day). The hours are early morning to mid-afternoon. Days vary based on schedule. No nights required.

Job duties include but not limited to:
- Travel to and from locations each day.
- Work as part of a team.
- Be prepared and organized for picture day.
- Be punctual (on time is 10 minutes early).
- Complete setup and take down of all equipment.
- Complete necessary post photo-shoot paperwork and auditing.
- Capture great smiles.
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License.
- High School Diploma
- Must be 18 years old or older
- 1-2 years Customer Service experience.
- Your own reliable transportation: Must be able to fit a mobile studio inside of your vehicle. (Small sedans work fine)- Please no inappropriate stickers on vehicle
- Schedule Flexibility (able to work 5 days a week but also okay if it is less than 5 days)
- Adaptable to last minute schedule changes/situations.
- Patience with children.
- Outgoing personality.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Organized and Reliable.
- Access to email.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Background check required.
