The Property & Operations Manager and Coordinator at Axial Management plays a critical leadership role in ensuring the organization functions with operational excellence, consistency, and a strong commitment to high-quality standards across all departments. This role serves as the central force that aligns people, processes, vendors and systems, enabling seamless property management operations and delivering consistently exceptional guest experience. Through effective oversight and disciplined execution, the Property & Operations Manager. Coordinator provides the operational stability that allows executive leadership to focus on strategic growth initiatives. The manager assures that day-to-day operations, including direct property-level coordination, are managed with precision, accountability, and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the Handyman, and other team members in the operational area to ensure alignment, accountability, and progress toward objectives.
- Responsible for managing and optimizing the company's presence across all short-term rental platforms with the assistance of the designated team.
- Manage escalations and ensure timely and effective resolution of operational issues.
- Supervise the maintenance of synced calendars and reservation accuracy across platforms, with the assistance of the designated team.
- Ensure consistency in pricing, content, photos, and availability across all channels with the designated team.
- Communicate updates with operations and guest service teams to ensure readiness.
- Serve as the main point of contact for property owners and external clients.
- Maintain professional, timely communication and manage inquiries or requests from property owners and from guests.
- Receive and welcome guests when necessary.
- Respond to guests complaints, special requests, and needs during their stay.
- Manage incident reports and coordinate with suppliers to resolve issues in the units.
- Make sure the properties adhere to established safety protocols and regulations.
- Record and update property availability in the system.
- Support administrative tasks such as billing, inventory of supplies, and generating operational reports.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers.
- Identify improvement areas and contribute to the development and growth of the team.
- Compile and present weekly performance reports to leadership, focusing on task completion rates, guest satisfaction, and team productivity.
- Use data-driven insights to recommend operational improvements.
- Responsible for purchasing, documenting purchase transactions, and maintaining an organized record of receipts.
- Responsible for delivering receipts to accounting in an organized manner.
- Maintain organized digital documentation and ensure accuracy across systems.
- Provide general administrative assistance to operations and leadership as needed.
- Manage Tourism Property Registry under Axial Umbrella
- Be the first point of contact for all guest and client escalations and act as a filter for higher management
Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or property management (3–5 years preferred); prior supervisory or operations experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with technology tools such as booking systems.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years in operations management, preferably in hospitality, property
management, or a similar field.
Salary:
$55,000-$65,000 annually
