Position: Account Representative
Location: Orchard Park
Employment Type: Full Time
Compensation: $16-$22 per hour + Bonus potential

What You’ll Do:
- Engage with consumers to find amicable solutions to resolve past-due accounts.
- Use respectful and compliant communication to guide consumers through repayment options.
- Work with a steady flow of high-balance accounts, giving you the opportunity to maximize your earning potential.
- Meet performance goals while maintaining empathy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with a supportive team and leadership who are invested in your success.
- Continue growing your skills with ongoing training and development opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A self-motivated attitude with a commitment to discipline and results.
- Ability to stay positive and solution-oriented in challenging situations.
- Prior collections or customer service experience is a plus, but not required — we’ll train the right people!
Work Hours:
Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
