We are seeking a motivated Business Management Trainee to join our growing team. This entry-level position provides hands-on experience in customer engagement, marketing, sales, leadership, and business operations. Full training is provided.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients through face-to-face customer interactions
- Explain products and services clearly and accurately
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Support in-store marketing and customer acquisition efforts
- Maintain current knowledge of products, services, and promotions
- Participate in team meetings and professional development
- Train new team members once qualified
- Provide a positive and professional customer experience
Qualification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, dependable, and willing to learn
- Comfortable working directly with customers
- Goal-oriented and able to work well in a team
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, marketing, or sales experience is helpful but not required.
