Who We’re Looking For
We’re on the hunt for a creative, confident, and camera-ready Content Creator who gets it—fashion, trending sounds, aesthetic storytelling, and how to make people stop scrolling and start shopping. This isn’t just about filming cute outfits (though, that’s totally part of it). We want someone who can style full looks, talk on camera about fit and feel, and bring the Chérie Lane brand to life through Reels and Stories that actually connect with our audience.
This role is 2 days/week:
- 1 day at our DFW warehouse for try-ons, styling, and BTS content
- 1 day remote/on location for lifestyle-style videos, editing, batching content, and getting creative
And yes—you’ll post directly to our Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok throughout the week: Stories: 4–5x/week Reels: 3–4x/week
What You’ll Do
- Style outfits and film yourself wearing & talking about them (what you love, how they fit, how to style them 3 ways, etc.)
- Use your creative voice to jump on trends, audios, and video formats that align with the Chérie Lane vibe
- Film, edit, and post engaging Reels and Stories that feel fun, aspirational, and shoppable
- Mix and match pieces to show outfit inspo and maximize wardrobe versatility
- Plan content in alignment with launches, seasons, and social trends
- Bring fresh ideas to the table—whether it’s a TikTok audio, content series, or new way to highlight bestsellers
- Collaborate weekly with the Founder to align on strategy, then run with it
Show-Ready Standards
As the face of our brand on social media, we ask that you show up camera-ready on content days. That means hair and makeup styled, polished, and photo/video-ready—reflecting the elevated, confident, and glamorous vibe of Chérie Lane. We're not asking for full glam every time, but we do expect a clean, chic, and presentable look that aligns with our brand aesthetic. Think: glowing skin, styled hair, and your favorite gloss.
We want our customers to look at your content and instantly say, “I need that outfit—and that energy!”
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You…
- Are obsessed with fashion, styling, and putting looks together
- Feel confident showing up on camera and talking about clothes like you're chatting with your BFF
- Are addicted to TikTok and IG Reels and know what’s trending
- Have experience using CapCut, Canva, Lightroom, or similar tools
- Have a good eye for aesthetic, angles, and lighting (natural light is your bestie)
- Are reliable, self-motivated, and love being part of a small, powerful, women-led team
- Are local to DFW and can be at the warehouse once a week
