Grant Coordinator
Henderson Behavioral Health is currently seeking a Grant Coordinator to join our nonprofit organization to help secure the funding that expands access to high-quality behavioral health services throughout South Florida. This position requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred, and at least two years of grant writing experience within a behavioral health, healthcare, human services, or nonprofit organization setting. The ideal candidate will research funding opportunities, coordinate grant applications, develop compelling proposals, manage deadlines, and ensure compliance with funder requirements while collaborating with internal teams. Strong writing, research, organizational, and project management skills are required. Preferred qualifications include experience with federal, state, county, or foundation grant opportunities, coordinating multidisciplinary proposal teams, and familiarity with grant management software, project management platforms, and technology tools used to support grant development and reporting.
