Position Summary
The Family Recruitment & Administrative Support Specialist assists program operations by coordinating family recruitment efforts, maintaining enrollment records, conducting outreach activities, and providing administrative support. This position serves as a key point of contact for prospective families, community partners, and stakeholders while ensuring accurate documentation and record keeping.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Family Recruitment & Enrollment Support
- Contact prospective families by phone, email, text, and other communication methods to gather demographic and eligibility information.
- Follow up with interested families to support enrollment and participation.
- Maintain accurate records of prospective and enrolled families in the program.
- Ensure confidentiality of participant information and compliance with all applicable policies and regulations.
- Assist with waitlist management and referral tracking.
- Close family files in accordance with program policies and record retention requirements.
Outreach & Community Engagement
- Research and identify community outreach and recruitment opportunities.
- Register the organization for health fairs, resource fairs, community events, and other recruitment activities.
- Attend outreach events to promote services and engage potential participants.
- Distribute program information and enrollment materials to community members and partner agencies.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with community organizations, schools, healthcare providers, and other referral sources.
- Schedule presentations, informational meetings, and partnership opportunities with community agencies and stakeholders.
Administrative Support
- Assist with daily office operations and administrative tasks.
- Order, organize, inventory, and maintain program supplies, educational materials, and outreach resources.
- Pick up program orders, supplies, and materials as needed.
- Prepare outreach packets, enrollment materials, and presentation resources.
- Support report preparation and record management activities.
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
