Moe's Southwest Restaurant in Binghamton Ny, is seeking an energetic and dynamic General Manager to lead our restaurant operation. Duties
- Lead daily restaurant operations, including supervising staff, managing shift schedules, and ensuring smooth service flow.
- Oversee food preparation.
- Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining optimal stock levels to reduce waste and control costs.
- Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, sales tracking, and cash handling with accuracy.
- Train and develop staff on customer service excellence, food handling procedures, and operational protocols. Saying "WELCOME TO MOES".
- Implement staff hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and performance evaluations to build a skilled team.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations, safety standards, and sanitation policies across all restaurant areas.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurants with strong leadership skills.
- Hands-on experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS; proficiency in cash handling is essential.
- Supervising experience in a restaurant setting; ability to train and motivate staff effectively.
- Familiarity with inventory control, budgeting, and food safety regulations within the food industry.
- Prior experience as a General Manager in a brand like Chipotle, or other QSR casual concept would be considered a plus.

Pay: $62,400.00 per year
