Prior BMW knowledge is preferred, but not required. We offer comprehensive training to help you become an expert BMW Genius! This position is commission based, which gives you unlimited earning potential. Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License & clean driving record required
- 1 year in an upscale, retail or customer-centric environment preferred
- Above average tech knowledge
Responsibilities:
- Product presentation and explanation
- Complete BMW Encores over the phone or in person
- Assist Client Advisors with Customer Service Agreements
- Establish and maintain ongoing consultative relationships with customers
- Greet customers and serve them promptly and courteously
- Professionally interact with clients to provide a consistent premium customer experience, building dealer sales loyalty

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
