Key Responsibilities
- Develop new agricultural banking relationships while growing and servicing an existing portfolio through proactive outreach and community engagement
- Manage and administer agricultural loan portfolios using sound credit and financial analysis practices
- Ensure compliance with all internal credit standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain a strong understanding of local agricultural operations, market conditions, and economic trends
- Deliver exceptional service by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate financial solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field
- Experience in agricultural lending or commercial/ag banking strongly preferred
- Solid knowledge of credit analysis, compliance, and regulatory standards
