As a Medical Physicist, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring that radiation treatments are delivered safely, accurately, and effectively—helping our patients receive the highest quality of care every step of the way.
What You’ll Do
- Provide expert support in medical imaging and radiation therapy.
- Perform comprehensive quality assurance testing to ensure equipment operates with the highest levels of precision and accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and optimize patient treatment plans.
- Apply your knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to support excellent treatment outcomes.
- Perform detailed calculations and measurements to determine and verify appropriate radiation doses.
- Help monitor treatment processes to promote patient safety, accuracy, and effectiveness.
- Stay current with advances in medical physics, radiation therapy, and emerging technologies.
- Contribute your expertise to a collaborative team that puts patient care and safety first.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Medical Physics or a related field.
- Certification by the American Board of Radiology (ABR) in Therapeutic Radiological Physics, or equivalent.
- Experience and proficiency with CT imaging and critical care environments.
- Strong knowledge of radiation therapy principles, practices, and safety standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A commitment to precision, continuous learning, and exceptional patient care.
