In this role, you will be responsible for pn site catering cooking/grilling and serving ensuring every dish meets our standards of flavor, presentation, and safety. Your culinary expertise will contribute to memorable dining experiences, whether for corporate functions, social gatherings, or special occasions. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook our taco catering menu items with precision, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, ovens, mixers, and food processors
- Maintain strict food safety and sanitizing procedures to ensure a clean and hazard-free work environment
- Monitor high-volume food production processes while maintaining quality control throughout each stage
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate meal assembly, portioning, and packaging for catering events
Skills
- Expertise in food handling, preparation, and presentation techniques such as poaching, braising, grilling, and recipe adherence
- Skilled in operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently within high-volume production settings
- Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking methods including food safety management practices
- Background in food service or catering environments with a focus on meal preparation for large groups
- Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and adherence to health regulations to ensure safe food handling

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
