Our Master Fabricators perform the duties required to custom fabricate complex, intricate and close tolerance quality plastic parts and provide assistance and expertise to production and custom fabricators.
Essential Functions:

Determines method of production, performs set up and operates a variety of plastic fabrication equipment to produce complex plastic parts and products to meet close and exacting tolerances.

Works from detailed instructions to make fixtures using plastic material or wood to hold material in place or form material during production.
- Assembles parts using a variety of procedures such as drilling or gluing.
- Inspects parts for accuracy and prepares for transport to the next production process or to packaging.
- Assists in equipment set ups and checks work of production and custom fabricators.
- Report any problems with parts or equipment to supervisor and operates equipment in a safe manner following all safety procedures and regulations.

Education: Requires a high school education or GED.
Experience: Requires a minimum of five years fabricating experience.
