Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ICU RN to provide high-quality care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced hospital setting. The ideal candidate should have strong critical thinking, assessment, and emergency response skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to critically ill patients
- Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and clinical status
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and critical care treatments
- Manage ventilators, drips, and other ICU equipment
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Document patient care accurately in the EMR
- Respond quickly to changes in patient condition
- Educate patients and families and support safe discharge planning
Requirements
- Active Georgia RN license
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Recent ICU/Critical Care experience
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work in a high-acuity environment
