Front Desk / Customer Service – Sedona, AZ

This is an in-person customer service role at our Uptown Sedona location. You’ll help guests check in, answer phones, book tours, address inquiries, and ensure a positive experience for every customer. We’re open daily, year-round, and offer steady, in-person work at our Uptown Sedona office.
Looking For:
- Dependable and professional
- Friendly, clear communicator
- Comfortable using a computer and multi-line phone
- Able to stay focused in a busy environment
- Provide excellent customer service through various dashboards, including phone, email, and chat
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
- Customer service experience and local knowledge is helpful but not required
