Primary Care Physician Assistant

Clear Choice Dermatology is a patient-centered practice committed in providing exceptional dermatological and primary care services. We are searching for a skilled and compassionate Primary Care Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team in Madras, OR.
Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive dermatological services to patients of all ages.

Evaluate patient concerns, write prescriptions, reach patient satisfaction and follow up accordingly.

Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction.

Conduct thorough patient assessments, including history taking and physical examinations.

Develop and implement effective treatment plans within their scope of practice for cosmetic patients and treatment administration as directed by supervising physician.

Order and interpret diagnostic tests.

Provide answers to pre-treatment and post-treatment questions

Collaborate effectively with the dermatology team on cases requiring integrated care.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR).

Follow HIPPA, all patient privacy and other health codes.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive patient experience.

Perform additional duties as assigned to support practice.

Support back office with medical questions, concerns and patient follow ups
Job Type: Full Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Requirements:
Qualifications:

Current and valid Physician Assistant license in Oregon.

Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant Program.

Board certification (or eligibility for certification) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.

Experience in primary care is preferred, but new graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Strong clinical skills and knowledge base.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems (experience with EMA is a plus).

Special interest in dermatologic procedures and management of skin disorders.
