Front Desk Receptionist / Office Coordinator

West Shore Endodontics is seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist/Office Coordinator to join our growing specialty dental practice.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping patients, communicates confidently, and can keep the front office organized in a fast-paced environment. As the first point of contact for our patients and referring dental offices, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients in a warm and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently
- Schedule appointments and help maintain an organized daily schedule
- Verify insurance eligibility and update patient insurance information
- Collect and accurately enter patient information
- Maintain complete and accurate patient records
- Communicate with referring dental offices regarding referrals, records, and appointments
- Collect patient payments and explain estimated financial responsibilities
- Assist with treatment coordination and general front-office operations
- Work closely with the clinical team to maintain an efficient patient flow
Qualifications
- Previous dental or medical front-office experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Professional, dependable, and punctual
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with computers; dental software experience is a plus
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
