As a CNC Machinist, you will operate CNC milling/boring/turning machines equipped with FANUC controls to machine castings and forgings into precision components for industry-leading customers. This role requires a strong machining background, blueprint reading skills, and experience holding close tolerances while maintaining the highest quality standards.
2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 4:20 PM - 2:50 AM

Operate CNC machines utilizing FANUC controls.

Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, work instructions, and specifications.

Perform precision machining operations while maintaining close tolerances and surface finish requirements.

Complete basic machine setups, tooling changes, and necessary adjustments.

Run multiple machines when production needs require.

Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments and quality inspection tools.

Verify product conformance to customer and engineering specifications.

Follow all company safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Support production goals and perform additional duties as assigned.

Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills.

Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.

5+ years of CNC machining experience, formal training, or a combination of both.

Experience operating CNC machines with FANUC controls.

Knowledge of machining techniques, tooling, light setups, and CNC machine operations.

Experience machining castings, forgings, and close-tolerance components.

Basic computer skills.

Willingness to work overtime when needed.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
