We are seeking a motivated and caring Registered Pediatric Dental Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a commitment to delivering excellent patient care. As a pediatric dental assistant, you will work closely with our pediatric dentists to provide a safe and comfortable experience for our patients, assisting with various clinical and administrative duties.
Responsibilities:

Assist the pediatric dentist during procedures, including cleanings, exams, fillings, and other treatments.

Take and develop digital X-rays.

Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms.

Educate patients and parents on proper oral hygiene techniques.

Maintain patient records and assist with scheduling appointments.

Ensure the comfort and safety of all patients.

Follow all infection control and safety protocols.
Qualifications:

Current Texas RDA (Registered Dental Assistant) certification.

Pediatric dental experience is a plus but not required.

Ability to communicate effectively with children and parents.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

CPR and First Aid certification required (or must obtain within 90 days of hire).

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
